The Gold Service Plan is designed for those homeowners that may be handy enough to get up on their roof and take a look at their roof, gutters and downspouts after a long cold winter or pull out a few branches and green leaves after a summer storm, but realizes the importance of a professional cleaning during the peak Spring and Fall seasons.

The Gold Service Plan includes 4 gutter cleanings and inspections per year (1-Spring – 3 Fall), as described on our gutter cleaning page, for the reasonable protection of your home and landscape from rainwater drainage failure and damage. Other benefits include:

• Next Day emergency service at no additional charge (savings of $150 plus tax)*

BASIC SERVICE PLAN

We offer the basic service plan for those homeowners that feel they can keep up with the bulk of the year long maintenance and cleaning themselves, but wish to have their gutters and downspouts professionally cleaned in the spring and at the end of the fall, once the majority of the leaves are down. The Basic Service Plan includes:

• 1-Spring and 1-Fall cleaning per year. Fall Cleaning in Late Nov-Dec

• Free complete visual inspection of your gutters, leaders, roof, flashings and chimney

• Free minor repairs on gutters, leaders (average $150 savings plus tax) – See examples of included repairs below

Included minor repairs:

• Loose gutters and/or downspouts

• leaky end caps & leaky corners on gutters

*Same day and next day emergency services are offered pending weather and other scheduling conflicts.
